Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is a free prize draw, you must be 17 years old or more at the time of entry and reside within the Kent County Council local authority area only (excluding Medway).
  2. We reserve the right that if after checking your residential status you are not a Kent County Council resident that we will not allocate the prize.
  3. No purchase necessary.
  4. You can only enter online via www.readtheroad.co.uk, you will be redirected to www.kentroadsafety.info
  5. In order to successfully qualify for the free prize draw you must answer all questions correctly.
  6. Only one successful entry per person is permitted. However you are welcome to play the online quiz as many times as you like.
  7. The prize draw will be open from Wednesday 28th July 2010 until midnight, Tuesday 31st August 2010.
  8. Upon contacting the winner, if no reply is received within 14 days, we reserve the right at our discretion to choose an alternative winner.
  9. The prize winner will be selected randomly from all entrants that meet the competition criteria.
  10. Various prizes are available. Please see activity provider for further T&Cs that may apply.
  11. The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
  12. The winner will be expected to have their photographs taken for press or promotional purposes, which may be used in print and online on www.kentroadsafety.info and www.kent.gov.uk

  14. Kent Highway Services reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this free prize draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
  15. Kent Highway Services decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Kent Highway Services accepts no responsibility for entries that are not submitted correctly online.
  17. Entry into the prize draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
  18. Kent Highway Services will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred by the various prize promoters.
